Depending on whether you use a Windows PC or a Mac, click the corresponding link below.
Clicking the link will download the installer file.
| Windows: | Just open the downloaded LogMeIn.msi file to start the installation. |
| Mac: | Open the downloaded LogMeIn Installer.zip file. This will create the LogMeIn Installer.pkg file. Click that file to start the installer. |
Follow all the defaults in the installation process. If your computer is not password-protected, you'll see a prompt to create an "access code". This is a password that protects your computer from unauthorized remote control sessions. You'll have to share that access code with me, by phone or fax, never by text or email, for security.
Access codes must be at least 8 characters and be a mix of letters and numbers.
